Guarantee and shipping information



Because our product can be spoiled by incorrect handling and storing, and also incorrect usage, we do NOT guarantee any results and also cannot refund any product if it is not due to our or our shippers mishandling.




We will ship your order within 10 business days from your order date, except if out of our control i.e. Natural disasters.


Your shipment will arrive in due date according to USPS and UPS standards, which we have NO control over.


Refund policy


We make every attempt to provide a quality product that arrives in good condition.  The following policies apply:


Damaged product - will refund 100% of the product cost for any item that arrives damaged due to handling by us or our shipping carriers. YOU HAVE TO INSPECT THE PACKAGE AT TIME OF ARRIVAL AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES.  To receive a refund for damaged product, please notify us within 7 days via e-mail.  We will issue you a Return Authorization number.  Then simply return the product, in its original packaging, (C.O.D.) to the following address.  Be sure to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the packaging.  Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a credit on your payment.

Cancelled orders - Once ordered, it is our policy to withhold 20% of the total order amount IF cancelled before shipping. There is NO cancellation possible after shipping!  


Opened Packages - Individual units which are opened or have been tampered with cannot be refunded. 

International Orders – Essies tea is not responsible for any orders seized by Customs or other government organizations. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties to receive our products into the destination country.  We do NOT accept international returns.
